Buying on account from Studio?

I found an item that I can't buy elsewhere from Studio... I've just opened the account with them but now I'm worried.... Anyone had any good or bad experiences with them?

Items arrived today. Yay

I still don't have my account number but I want to pay off my account asap and I am worried about the statement arriving due to postal strike. Do you think if I call up they will take my payment?
