Hi Guys,
It has been a while since anyone posted in here but was wondering what the outcome was? I am in EXACTLY the same position at the moment and have had the same letters and don't know whether i should cave in!
Please let me know what the outcome was.
Thanks0 -
I can say for certain that nothing would have come of this, and the parking company have left them alone and gone on to try and con somebody else out of their money. So just keep ignoringWhat part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Don't cave into some auto generated spam mail
Keep ignoring the scamstersHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
I seem to be in a similar situation to many other people on here. I first received a letter from Roxburgh debt agency, this being the first communication regarding a PCN from anyone. I have had no previous letters from any company. This letter told me that they would pass on to Graham White solicitors. The next I know is a phone call, from Graham White regarding the PCN at Luton Airport.
How do they get phone numbers? As far as I know I'm not listed?
Why have I had no early correspondence? The PCN relates to early June, and we are 2 months on and this is the first knowledge I have!0 -

Nope, there was a thread where a member here asked the DVLA and they said no, they do not give out phone numbers of registered keepers.
So they've got your number from whereever it appears in the public domain, such as via a facebook search, or 192.com as Kite2010 says.
Anyone getting phone calls from Roxburghe (whether they are pretending to be 'Graham White' or not) just needs to answer the call and tell them that their contact is harassment which must cease immediately because the alleged debt is completely denied.
If you say that to them and they contact you again then they are breaking OfT debt collector guidelines, which is dodgy ground for norty Roxburghe as they are already on notice that the OfT is minded to revoke their CCA licence. They could also be in breach of the Protection from Harassment Act, like the British Gas case they could be sued.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The numbers are probably gained from data mining, every time we make an application or fill a form in, how many of us unknowingly allow our details to be shared.
National Hunter gathers information when we make mortgage or credit applications to see if our details like addresses and salary match previous applications. Supposed to be to prevent fraud.
Just think how many times we enter our phone number on forms and don't even think about it!
I think the days of being ex directory are well gone!
PS: It was me who contacted DVLA about them giving phone numbers out. They claim they don't harvest them and do not supply them to anybody!0
