Yes, yes, and yes, although the online tracking can be a bit "hit and miss" ie they are supposed to email you updates but in my experience they don't until a few days later (although you do eventually get it).

  • Thanks. it's the signature online for dear old Paypal I need.
  • The 4-5 times I've used it they have been brilliant, courier (DHL) turned up in the morning so didn't need to stay in all day waiting. I got confirmation emails to say it had been collected  delivered and to say it was online to view.

I deleted the tracking number at the weekend from my last shipment and needed to contact them. Their live help was very good and got me the parcel2go id and tracking number.

    I'd highly recommend them :T

    Hi

If you ever need a proof of delivery copy then please come onto live help (open 09:00 to 21:00 7 days a week) and ask an operator and we can get one to you.

As an aside the City Link service tracking shows a copy of the signature so if the signature online is critical then use this service.

    Kindest regards

Remember also for low value items, PayPal don't actually require a copy of the signature; online tracking which shows the status as delivered is sufficient (so it's OK to use the DHL economy service which I believe is P2Go's cheapest).

  • I had to send some fairly large car kit parts??( no idea what they are called exactly) for my son-in-law, they were great, DHL arrived next morning, gave me a barcoded receipt, the parcels arrived at their destination the next morning, I received a confirmation of pick-up & delivery by email, absolutely no problem at all. My only reservation is that it seemed a little expensive, but my car loving son-in law & his mates assure me it was very reasonable given the size of the parcels, so all in all I would definately use them again.
Don't criticise till you've walked a mile in their shoes..

Yes parcel2go excellent although I have now started to use parcel monkey as they are about a £1 cheaper. They use Fed Express rather than DHL.
