Can I just add my vote of confidence for them too - I have used them to post two laptops, and they have collected when they say they will and delivered promptly too.
Much cheaper than Royal Mail when I was looking for delivery, and much more reliable too!
Why does nobody say Thank You anymore??

I sent 2 parcels using Parcel2go a few weeks ago (via DHL). One arrived but the other has been lost.
Parcel2go started dealing with my claim last week, but havent heard anything back yet so I think Im going to have to start chasing them.
Initially I thought the service was good, but it remains to be seen how they deal with my claim as to whether I use them again.
  • I use them for bulky stuff as they are way cheaper than Royal Mail. They usually collect first thing in the morning (DHL) which means you don't have to waste time staying in all day. You get (too many) email updates though.

"Dave has got the keys to the van"
    "Dave has set off"
    "Dave is eating an apple"
"Your parcel is about to be collected"
    "Your parcel has been collected"
"your parcel is on its way"
    "Dave is having another apple"

    etc etc...

The problem i found when looking at parcel2go was there standard compensation is only £50. Even when using DHL (who's standard compensation is £100). So it ended up cheaper to use DHL directly. With all these parcel companies who are basically agents its worth looking directly at the courier they quote you for as I have found sometimes going direct to them is cheaper.
