izools people like me who cause the credit crunch? wise up, i think you'll find it was bankers greed, and no i didn't take out the money with the sole puropse of never paying it back, i had the credit cards for years which i paid off over the years, but when i lost my job and suffered depression my depression made me go on a spending spree, i am classed as having a mental condition so if the banks want to do me then let them
they know where i live haha hoho hehe
But you clearly stated in your post that if you get the chance you will do it again
Which is a pretty obvious suggestion that you have atleast some intention of taking out money to later default on the credit agreement(s)
Anyway, if you're going to do it, do it properly. If you're serious abot comitting fraud you can do much more than £10K over six years; I'm sure the consequences would be the same be it £10K or £100K.

Were you referring to me? What did I do wrong? I was just sharing a personal experience.Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.0

yes u never know what will happen in 6 years time, if i get new credit which i will then if i lose my job and my depression comes back and the voices tell me to start spending on credit cards then i have to do just that, lots of people default on there CCA they just don't like to admit that they were having a lot of fun courtsey of all the credit cards and living the life as i know of plenty of other people who have done the same as me0

YMMV, of course, and I suspect it does.
No paul, that's not what I mean.
I mean O2 reporting a default without issuing a default notice, and including what they have admitted is fraudulent use, in the default balance.
Had they issued a default notice I would have been able to clear up the issue with them right there and then instead of waiting god knows how long before the default appeared on the credit report.
There was never any intention of witholding payment.Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

Noooo, not you, the radgie (jamesey07) winding people up.
PMSL :rotfl: i'm happy to have made your day, maybe now you can sit down and feel that you have done something worth while today, did you get total satasfaction out of reporting me? what do you hope to achive? my my what's the world coming to with people like this who have to resort to reporting :rotfl:0 -
Sounds like this is something you need to sort out with O2 then, and get them to remove the entry. If their formal complaints procedure doesn't work out, then go for the FOS and OFCOM.
Involving the data commissioner in the early stages won't, I think, get you very far since I'm sure you're not the only person this has happened to, and certainly won't be the last. The most they'll probably do is just add you into some statistics and won't actually help you in any way.Conjugating the verb 'to be":

i've not commited fraud at all but so you r making false statements against me, as i said i you's to pay my credit card bills, but as my depression set in the voices made me spend it on hotels and tv's etc
i have made offers of 54p a month to pay them back before as that's all i can afford, and as i say i've not heard from them in a while
