    800x480 is the screen resolution video output is more likely to be 640x480.

    It's not out anyway, but a testament to the processing power the N900 is capable of and the openess of the platform aswell.

    Think you should also consider the Acer A1 - it's going to be the latest android device with a 1GHz processor and so 400MHZ faster than the N900.

    This aint an easy choice for you! :confused:

    the guy that posted it is on the maemo forums, he said had to drop it to 640x480 to go out to the telly but apparently there's no diff in performance at 800x640.

    As i say the dev barely had it working a couple of weeks ago so and its still pretty beta firmware. There is some serious windows hardware out there but there a lot less active community, its just not as fun to hack.
