Aha! May have some AV gel uptairs.....well done Spud! X

( I hope that that advice was given wearing your Nurses Outfit:D)

If it helps take your mind off the burn, yes it was. Mind you, i think i'd prefer burn to nausea but it's up to you :D

The other thing that's fab on burns, and you'll have soon, is Sudocrem nappy cream. When my lad badly burned his hand, it was recommended to us ;)

Yay, I've looked at it more and my phone's not broken, it's the charger. £3.24 for a new one on ebay, much cheaper than a new phone.

I think you definitely should do it, you'd be amazing :T

As for the half marathon....I cant make it to the post box at the front door at the moment, so cant even think about it. When i tried training, my knees really hurt, possibly due to the weight i had put on :o Not eaten properly for 4 days, so that may have given the diet a kick start ehh ;) One day I will do another race though :D

Aww thanks Spudly... As you say one day you will do another race, once you get well and decide to attack training you will do well. I can remember the ephoria you had after doing the other so you have to do another :T

Pap I have had issues with my Mum - in the past and ongoing- over jealousy. Couldn't see it for a long time and I still don't 'get it' - to be jealous of your own children . I haven't got a daughter but for my son I truly want him to be the best he can be and be happy. BIG hugs from me XX

Thanks all, my Mum has never been jealous of me before  I dont know why she is so against me about this. I got really angry the other day when she brought it up in the car. I mean if your daughter was given a amount of years to live (due to her weight) only months ago and now although I havent been to the doc its now prob 'normal' and no risk surely you should be happy  I guess some dont like change but she will soon hae to get used to it as I will never go back :rotfl:

Thanks all for letting me rant

Well done PAP :T I understand about the jealously thing, my mum is larger lady and can be quite cutting about me if she's in a bad mood about her own weight.

Yes but I dont 'want' anyone and she knows that  I want to move out though and I said taht to her when I was larger so thats neither her nor there. I just think its her being 'weird' I just hope it wears off soon and she doent go totally mental when I lose more lbs

My mum was jealous when I was about 18, she kept telling me I was a smaller bra size than I was, and was always putting me down. Maybe it just reminds her that she's not as young as she'd like?
