    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    If you want a really lush place go around to sandbanks and go to Shore Cafe :D Just trying to think of some other good places in Poole. Im sure there is also a really nice place on one of the back streets coming out into the quay but I can't remember the place. TBH Its changed and been developed so much since Ive been there it could all be different
