    I have had similar excellent service from the AA the RAC and Audi Assistance (part of RAC) when experiencing tyre problems on a range od cars including Vauxhalls, Seats and Audis.;)

    I know the mechanics of changing a wheel but can never get the wheel nuts undone.

    I can easily change a wheel, DH taught me. But i think i would struggle to find the correct jacking points in the car and knowing me i place it wrong and send it thru the sils under the car!!!

    Then you need to have a talk with whoever put the wheel on in the first place, the wheelnuts have been tightened to much.

    Next time you have wheels removed make sure they replace the wheel nuts using the correct torque setting for your car, if they do this then you will hae no trouble getting them off again.
