Here goes Tuesday...
DS1 and exchange student are holed up in DS1's room - don't think I'll venture far into there until Sunday afternoon, when our visitor's gone back.

Tuesday ~ brats room.. DS1 and DS2
Level One
Declutter the floors
Strip the bedding get it washed dried and the beds remade! – all due at the weekend
Level Two
vacuum the floors
Straighten a cupboard of clothing
Wipe the paintwork
Level Three
Tidy a box of 'stuff'
binbag dance!
dust and deweb

Extras

1. HHI
2. Wash windows
3. Fill a binbag for charity shop!
4. Wipe over ALL the upstairs doors!! (don't moan, I have 7!!)

My extras:
WM x 2 (morning and evening), peg last night’s towels out
packed lunch x 2
buy some more stuff to clear drain outside and apply
check Matalan for bath sheet(s)/towels/pyjamas for DS1 and DS2 (have vouchers) -
listen to DS2 read
take tea out of SC, leave to cool and put in fridge
ask DH to sort through small mountain of coats/jackets on bedroom floor (Health and Safety risk)
do 2 hrs of school work (must catch up with classes after being off)
Clean bathroom sink and bath
buy birthday card for MIL
Get something for Wednesday’s tea
DW x 1
Put some dry clothes away!

DD is going away on a school trip to China next week, so I won't venture into her room until then, when I can do it unhindered

So, it will be DS's pit that gets the treatment today when I get home from work. It did benefit from a HHC on Friday which helped, so I feel as though I have made a token start!

Empty and clean out a cupboard.. fling all that is dead, mouldy or inedible.. and DD1 says all weevilly things too.. but I like them.. they are full of protein!

Lay uniforms/PE kits out for tomorrow morning
Keep check on dining table hot spot

Morning All

Yesterday went like this:

Work
Leave work early for hospital appt
Nowhere to park at hospital so park about 10 mins walk away
Get lost trying to find building as the hospital has turned into a building site since I last went this particular place
Eventually arrive for appointment 20 mins late (we were at the hospital 20 mins early)
Left hospital and picked kids up
Dropped DH at home while kids quickly got changed
Took kids to Beavers
Went food shopping while they were there
Picked kids back up
Went home, unloaded car
Had tea
Got kids in bed
Went to bed myself!

So needless to say I got nothing done!

Anyway, DH has my car today as his is in the garage so I've got to walk to work and my mate will take the kids to school.

DS and DiL's room isn't empty yet so I can't sort that so I shall do my own room instead this morning. Am off to the Uni this afternoon.

Dusty Lily is fine and dandy, thanks, like nowts been up lol didn't flinch when the stitches were whipped out, hows QV doing?

Made a start on the pit that is my downstairs, spent half an hour on the kitchen already and haven't even got as far as unloading/reloading the DW yet, have sorted out a cupboard that was full of 'good stuff' and binned all but 2 items of detrius :T so took the biscuit barrell (always empty) and put it in there thus making the top of my fridge tidier. Filled a huge bin bag of rubbish which I'll put in the outside bin very shortly as it's binday.

Folded up the clothes on the airer, they're a really good idea airers but they do make the place look untidy, think I'll wop a couple of extra quid onto my leccy card weekly this winter and just use the TD (I know ) but it does irritate me and if I do this it would rid me of that small annoyance. Erm.....what else....oh made the beds, made 2 x brews, seen to the cat, emptied the dining room bin.
