As for you always having had good service from them...would that be as a customer or as an installer? I'm wondering if they treat their installers with more care?
We've been on both sides with Aqualisa and never had an issue with them..the OH has been installing their products for many years and doesn't hestitate to recommend Aqualisa to his customers... that is why I was interested in your experience.
The power of MSE can be astounding.;)
Let us know how you get on.

Small update: Just got company who is fixing the shower on the phone...apparently Aqualisa was supposed to send out parts for the shower but they haven't. It used to take 48 hours for them to send parts but nothing has arrived and the engineer has had to call Aqualisa several times to ask them to send them out......and he's still waiting. So it's not just me they're upsetting then. :rolleyes:Herman - MP for all!0

:lipsrseal Hush! Don't mention the 'c' word around here. You'll get shot.
I'll settle for just a working shower. No need for compensation, it wont change my time wasted or my lack of sleep though hearing a constant drip drip drip or the shampoo in my eyes when my shower cuts out for no apparent reason. Lord I must have more patience than I thought.:rotfl:Herman - MP for all!0 -

:rotfl:I can handle the slings and arrow I get on here from some parties but a bullet...best get out the kevlar;)
Here's hoping you'll be posting before Christmas about your fully functional Quartz.

Not had any probs with my gravity fed pumped version either, takes about 20 secs to get to temperature. I've dealt with customer services a couple of times for another non digital shower and they have been pretty good. Sounds like you were a bit unlucky there.
The worst bit about the shower was the noise the pump made when I originally installed and screwed it down in the loft, I ended up having to build a platform that was glued to some foam and fitting full bore flexi hoses its now virtually silent.
We occasionally get a flashing light as the valve is adjusted during use, this is normally as we are coming to the end of the tank of hot water so it starts taking less and less from the cold water supply.
Did the original installer supply and fit the unit? If he did and you can show him its not working properly shouldn't he be phoning Aqualisa and going through the pain rather than you?0 -
Update: Yet another problem...did Aqualisa send the engineer a new control panel/processor thing? Nope did they heck. They only sent a valve to stop the dripping.
Chap fitted the valve today and had to go call Aqualisa to get them to send a new panel and it will likely be after the holiday period now when he will come back.
Shower switched off on me again today for no apparent reason. I'm getting mightily fed up of having to step out of the bathroom covered in suds to switch off at the main switch and on again to reset the thing. :rolleyes:Herman - MP for all!0
