unless it is something new and they used to do the sharebuilder via direct debit, it is not on my account as they take the monthly amounts via card payment (thats what it showed up as on my natwest account when they took money the other week for the share builder deal and no direct debit has been set up at all on the old account or the new one i am moving to) and then they also have an account number/sort code to pay back into.

i will leave it another couple days as it appears that the card number for the share builder payments to me made from has changed (though not sort code and account number for paying money back out) so looks like they are in the process of arranging will give them a couple more days

in the account management screen it states:
