  • Yay I have had a no spend day today :jwe are going food shopping tonight but it's OHs turn to pay. I don't know why i'm so pleased with myself I have only been to work and I shouldn't be spending anything there anyway, well apart from on my dinners but that isn't all the time.

Hey Snow, I did used to that but as time got on I got more fed up and gave in completly, I am going to try and put everything I buy on here so at least it is logged somewhere and I can trust Prim to shout at me when i'm being ridiculous ;)

Vik, you need to save girlie (says me!!) :rotfl:

  • Afternoon, I have managed to get a few hours off today yay :j and I SHOULD be having another no spend day.

I cancelled my gym membership today so that will save me £30 a month, due to my shifts at work I don't really get time to go, plus I can use the gym at work free so I may aswell use it to my advantage :D I do need to start going for runs again soon, we'll see about that one
Payday on Thursday so I'm going out in Liverpool on Friday night with my work mates, think we are going for something to eat first then hitting the town, looking forward to a vodka or 10

Oh I also joined up to Experian yesterday to find out my credit rating, I thought it would be really poor but it's 999 :D I'm presuming that's out of 1000?

Hi MT, thanks for the congrats on my NSD, it keeps me going!! xx

  • Hi skintbuthappy - just dropped in to say hi and enjoying reading about the rabbit. I used to have a cat before I moved to London (now lives with the parents and I miss him loads) he has been known to eat brown pasta, curry and whole green beans :rotfl:

You sound very similar to me on the spending front. I tend to have a habit of reallly saving or doing mystery shops to save little amounts then having a bit of a binge on tinterweb and ruining it all. The NSD challenge is working though I have to admit - though someone telling me off for my purchases may well work better!

  • Hi Guys and gals, wow what a LOOOOOOOOONG day!!
Long shift at work and really tired today :( on the plus side I have been paid so it's not all bad. I don't know why I moan so much I actually love my job!

I have had another no spend day yay :j I'm getting a bit good at this haha.

BTD and MT- I cannot wait for tomorrow night I def have that Friday feeling even though it is only Thursday.

Prim- You will be proud, I'm wearing a 60s style dress from River Island tomorrow night and guess what...... I swapped it for a Dorothy Perkins top on Big Wardrobe. How MSE is that???? Knew you'd be proud :p You def need to update me on your purchases it will make me feel better and I can return the favour!!!

Hi SCS, aawwwwww bet your missing your cat lots, do you get to visit your parents/cat much? My parents looked after DJ when we went on hol this year and didn't want to give him back. Dad got him obsessed with Strawberries and Jacob Crackers he won't eat any other brand!! I have never heard of a cat eating curry that's hilarious :rotfl:Yay someone else that loves to spend spend spend, I'm not congratulating you on that I'm just celebrating that I'm not alone ;)
