OOPS I shouldn't be allowed on the computer when i'm bored. I have decided to start my xmas shopping and have spent £38.80 (I had a £5 off voucher for prezzybox and also 10% cashback on all sales yay) which isn't too bad considering I got 3 presents. :j

Good luck with your debt-busting etc. One thin tho, you've said you can't change the utilities cos of your rental agreement but I believe it's actually now illegal for a landlord to stop a tenant switching. I don't know the ins & outs but it might be worth looking into?

Ooh thanks for that, I will def look into it as I think we will be staying here for at least another 6 months. The agreement was about 3 years ago now and at the time we were told we couldn't switch but looking at other peoples ours seems quite high.

Hi all, wow looooooong shift in work today I'm tired already!! So just checking in and thought I should own up...... I spent £14.50 today on bedding BUT I pre ordered it from last week- before I started this diary. A colleagues wife works in the place where they make pillows/duvets for Dunelm Mill so we were able to get them discounted, 4 pillows and a duvet for £14.50 and should have been £80 I just need some new bedding before I use them (Come on, you can't put old bedding on new pillows/duvet) This won't be until the weekend though as I get paid on Thursday :joh and I might add that we did NEED new bedding, it wasn't a WANT because it's cheap.

Quiet night last night just watched x-factor, kinda glad Kandy Rain went as they weren't very good!! Surely got to be the twins turn next week. Double episode of Coronation street tonight so another quiet one.

skintbuyhappy81 - do you really really really need new bedding?!! I know it's nice but think very carefully about it, you could make do with what you have got and put that money towards your debt. Hope I don't sound like I'm lecturing, but sometimes we need someone to say, hang on a minute, you're on MSE so toe the line a bit!

Well, we did really really need new bedding and I have already bought them now as he brought them in today, I suppose I could pass on the sheets though and make do with what we have got. You're not lecturing as I need someone to reign me in now and again, that's why i'm on here.

If you go on 'you tube' just type Danni and Danyl in the search box and you will see it, she is basically implying that Danyl is gay (I think he is, but it was defitnatly not her place to announce it to the nation, that's upto him) I was truly shocked that anyone could stoop that low!

haha see I'm trying. I am the same though I buy so much rubbish that I don't need, I really need to stop!! My OH is just like me, some may say it's a match made in heaven (this being the credit card distributors- can't think what they are called) but we need to calm it.

DJ is currently eating his rich tea biscuit watching Paul O'Grady with me, God I can't even imagine how sad I must sound!! Please tell me that you have animals and are the same as me?!! :rotfl:
