I agree about mobiles.co.uk (just left a comment myself on -overkill's comment, name and shame), just dont like threads without any background.
  • You just don't like to admit you're no longer defending this company and would rather attack me instead. Actually, the background is that I am currently experiencing the same as some others (but with different details). i.e. place an order, get immediate emails etc and then get left hanging on with zilch. I am quite certain it will be the "mistake on the website" excuse (which they have used with me before).

I know, I know - so now you'll revert to "why do you use them etc etc". Don't bother - I've answered that many times over on all those threads where you jumped on me for "ranting" against all those potential customers who have since regretted using this company.

Meanwhile, for those who are still uniformed - there are now plenty of others on numerous threads warning about the dealer and I'm sure that many of them will know what they expect if they decide to sign up.

True. Maybe we shoulod help them out with a few more suggestions to keep them going (by the way - found phone numbers after looking back into my original deals and further digging - however, one gives standard message, options then goes quiet (like the eponymous "rep"), another rings.... and rings... then cuts off (like their protestations of "innocence").

How about... frost on their internet connections?

Could be - Watford's not too far from the studios? They must be praying for another epidemic - although Bird Flu - the Return is no doubt being held in reserve!

Rather go direct to the retailer. 9 times out of ten they will match these crummy deals from the dealers, even on a new contract if you are lucky.

And if you're wanting an upgrade, they will easily match them!
