Yep I can see that's possible but it's not true in every case.
My daughter is a nurse & pays for a parking permit at the hospital, the money is paid to the hospital trust & not to the PPC (apcoa) which leads me to think that the trust owns the land & apcoa manages the parking....

This is parking fraud. Obtaining services dishonstly, Fraud Act 2006. Potentially possession of articles for use in fraud too. Also "going equipped" if you used tippex/pen/stickers.
You have obtained a (parking) service where payment (of a pass) should have been made. You have depreived the car park/hospital of revenue.
You must find out if the company has the powers to investigate this. I investigate parking fraud for local gov, and i have the powers to investigate, caution, interview under caution, conduct covert surveillance (RIPA) right up to preparing files for prosecution in the Mags court.
You have been "invited" to the interview, Of course, you can decline the invite, but action may still be taken without the benefit of your comments. If this is a one off, you may be okay, but if you've done it more than once, and the investigators have proof of this (photos), things could get serious. Please get some legal advice to find out if the comany has the power to investigate a fraud offence. If they dont, they can always pass the evidence onto the Police.
Definitley speak to your employer.
Sorry to sound scary, but parking fraud is being taken seriously. Earlier this week, we prosecuted a guy for using a deceased persons blue badge 4 times. £800 fine plus costs and a criminal record.
There is no time limit for sending a case to prosecution with regards to the Fraud Act. If it was Council parking, they could use Section 115 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984: Mishandling of parking related documents, but there is a 6 month time limit from the date of offence. Just thought I'd add this for info.
All for bloody parking? 60 years ago People like you would have been helping to close the doors on the cattle trucks going to Auschwitz as you were "just following orders".
Your post has got me mad, "covert surveillance" !!!!!!. Why don't you do some investigating into your corrupt councillors? Every council in this country is corrupt to the core.
Get off on "your powers" do you? :mad:0 -

Agreed.
But a lot of the OPs decision should be based on what her employers position is & what are the repercussions.
Attending a meeting & getting a slap on the wrist from an organsation that means nothing is better than losing your job, being banned from parking at your work or getting a Police caution or worse...Not Again0 -

In any case I think if they operate the car park & collect funds then they would be the people reporting the offence. Not Again0 -

This thread is making my teeth itch
In the last 12 months we have had 2 people needing repeated visits for illnesses, 1 death & my wife is now 6 months pregnant.
My family & wifes mother have spent in excess of £300 in hospital parking in that time.
Not bad for being ill & pregnant.
It makes my teeth grind & empties my pockets. Not Again0 -
You appear not to understand the difference between local authority and private parking.
That's why Iadvised the OP to find out if this company DOES have the authority to investigate. I have not come accross a private parking company doing this. Again, i advised that they could pass it on to the Police to investigate. Hope that clairfires things."It's official, MSE's harbouring total fruitcakes">^..^<0 -
