  • Wooho got overtime again this week I will make the most of it! Spoke to my Nan today and have arranged to take her to a carol service on Sunday with OH and kids it's being held at a local church I think she will enjoy that. We are also creating a photo album of the kids as a Xmas pressie.

My parents surpassed themselves this week! They sent a Xmas card to dd saying they have created a savings account for her and that we will not allow access but they will be around when she's older and she can have money then, we have not refused access they refused to allow OH an DS in their house so were told they would have to come to us. I think they are to embarrased by their behaviour to face OH parents.
They sent a seperate card for me and OH and completly ignored the fact DS exists.
It does make you wonder what would happen if my sister and her husband had a child and he left her whether she would be tarred with same brush and what they would have to say if future prospective MILs and FILs treated her and child this way. People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones!!

  • Photo album for Nan done have filled quarter of it with nice photos of the kids.

It snowed in Plymouth today, it's rare for it to snow here and lay so DS was really excited not enough laid to get decent snowballs or make a snowman but was still nice.

Have 2 job interviews next week which if sucessful would get me out of civil service and a job I hate I really must apply for more day jobs with better pay.

  • MERRY CHRISTMAS

Hi skint they were for sales jobs, the first job i got offered a second interveiw which i declined as it didnt feelright. The second job which felt right i didnt get apparently i was second inline and if the sucessful person fails to turn up or decides its not for her they will automatically call me rather than re-advertise.

the christmas festivities has been really good DS was up at 4:30 but we didnt get out till 6:30 he was so excited and really please with everything. DD also liked her new toys we got a few nice pictures of them both.

  • Back to work tommorow boooooooooooo!

Have done a budget for Jan and its looking tight
    Money in £1050

Water Rates £100 (southwest 6 people in house)
    CC £80
    CC £80
    CC £11
    Kays £80
    Blackhorse £200
    NW Loan £250
    Car Tax £66
    DS Tutor £121

Then we have food and petrol, I will call the local Pitza delivery later and see if they have any evening jobs also will have to look at selling books and ebaying. However i imagine Jans not the best month for selling things.
I have excluded the mortgage for Jan as this has been covered also excluded child benefit as we should be able to save this if we dont include it.
