These plans offer
# Unlimited Calls & Texts messages for as little as £35pm (12month contract)
# PS3 / PSP / Wii Fit computer consols instead of mobile phones
# Unlimited calls & texts + free hanset (24mth contract)
# If a customer also threatens to leave they will offer upto £15 off your bills without any tie in to contract, i deal if your waiting for a new phone to come out or biding your time for some other reason
Thought this would be good info on the run up to x-mas
Depending on customer value you can get offers like Combi £15 (100 minutes & 100 texts ) with £10 off + PSP free /// which is an excellent deal - £5 for a PSP over 17mth + 100 minutes & texts0 -
These deals do not becom available just because you ask for a PAC code of say you wish to cancel - you must go through the correct channels.
Call 150 - press option 5 ( other ) then option 3 ( leaving or requesting your PAC ) this will take you through to the SAVE DESK which offer these deals.
Normal L&R agents cannot internally transfer you through to this department and will simply give you a PAC code or cancel you if you are not happy with what they offer.
Its in your own hands people - i have shown you the way
P.S this is also the steps you should take if you wish to discuss the I-Phone 3G on a t-mobile upgrade0 -
new tarriffs also available - 300 min + unlimited texts + new phone ( not any phone thee is a few to choose from = £15pm or add £5 blackberry email and get the new 8520 curve free
same deal as above but for £20pm with different selection of phones
100 minutes + unlimited texts £10pm + nokia 6303 free
all 24mth contracts ..... existing customers may et these tarriffs cheaper when upgrading or may be offer a line rental discount instead of handset or even psp or d.s console0
