I sent off the letter to Capital One on 28 September to request that they don't phone me any more and only contact me via the post.
But they have phoned me again today at work, told them I was off sick and asked if anyone else could help and the woman said that I should ask *** to phone Capital One.
Is there a template letter that I can send again to them.

Well, thought I'd let you all know that I've successfully got Capital One to stop phoning me.
They wrote and said that although they don't think phoning every day is harassment, they accepted that phoning me every day at work would be inconvenient . They said that they would remove my work phone number from their system - not had a call from them for 10 days now. :j
I think it was the threat of reporting them to OFT that did it.
LGetting there, slowly but I WILL be debt free before I retire :dance:0
