I wouldn’t worry about the brickwork marks on the chimneybreast. Just my personal opinion.
The kitchen photo may well be improved, but having never seen the original, it just looks a bit odd to me. Is it possible to get a better one?
I like the view of the countryside.

Hi,
Sarah Beeny's advice is to liven up the description - tell people something which will really make them want to come and view the property - what does it offer that others wouldn't and make your property stand out from other properties of a similar size that come up in similar searches.
Could try adding your property for free to her new site Tepilo.com too?
Never heard of this site until now - Thanks for the tip!Squish0 -

You are right.
The real problem is getting the serious buyers through the door to see the property. Would a few grand reduction make the difference between getting them to view? I am not so sure!
Perhaps you should just put it down to the current market conditions. Although if the media are to be believed you should have moved by now.0 -
That is a vast improvement on what you had previously, gives the feeling of a lot more space available than before too.We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -
