Looking good, although I didn't see the original pictures. Price seems ok for the general area of the country its in, although obviously I don't know the specific market!

thanks guys, a lot more positivity with the pictures so hopefully some viewings. the house inside is actually more spacious than the outside gives credit for.

I am reluctant to drop price as I could drop it to the price i would accept, but someone will take that lower price and knock another whack off.

It was always a lovely house, but the small changes to the photos make it look bigger and brighter.

I still think it's lovely but I think you should take out the picture of the kitchen. You have some great photos in there, the kitchen we know is much bigger than it looks in that pic and that is the only reason I would take it out - I am sure the reality is better than what it is being sold on in that picture.

I used to have that bed. I absolutely loved it. When we moved into our cottage, we could not get the headboard up the stairs they were that winding. It wouldn't go in the windows either so we ended up having to saw the decorative bits off the top. Fantastic bed - cheap but incredibly sturdy. I miss mine.

  • I would clean up the bricks above the fireplace, match up the sofas with throws, change the angle of the external photo.

Selling is all about the appearance of light and airy space, and when viewers come round ensure the house smells good, no false fragrances and definitely no fags or pets !

the new pictures give a much better feeling of the house - i love the bedrooms and the kitchen now looks usable - altogeher more welcoming

but i would still comment on the lounge - please remove the black stains on the brickwork, and please match either the settees (with cream throws,) or, match the walls (it looks like you have different wallpapers in each alcove to me ) with magnolia paint

the coffee table makes the lounge look quite small - you could remove it for the picture - after all you are simply trying to get folks IN the door - and actually the large TV makes the alcove look small, and thus by implication it must be a tiny room ....

but its amazing what a difference better photographs make... well done

    best of luck
