I have taken on board your advice from the previous thread.
Is there anything from the RM listing that would put you off except of course things I cannot change!
Your advice appreciated!

Didn't see the original but looks decent to me. Did not judge the price. I would just question the need to specify three radiators- doesn't sound like a lot even if it's perfectly adequate for the cottage.0

Looks very nice.
If I was looking for a two bed house in that area I'd arrange a viewing.
I don't know how well priced it is, as I don't know the area, but based on looks, A+ for me.0 -
Really sweet cottage - perfect for someone who just wants to move their stuff in and not decorate. I'm sure you'll get the viewings as long as the price is right.0

I remember your initial thread.
The pics look great - much better. Looks really light and bright for a cottage, which is a big selling point.
Good luck.0 -
if the price is too steep, I guess the offers will reflect what someone is willing to pay for it.0

I remember your original post I think. Did you repaint the outside? If it is the same place it looks 100% better. Best of luck!0

What an improvement. Good to have floor plan. Its really tiny isn,t it, obviously you can change that. It will be great for someone.0
