    I've not tried the False Lash Effect mascara but Max Factor's Masterpiece mascara is my staple, and by far the best I've tried for the money, (the others I like are Chanel and YSL!).

    Think I might give it a go, thanks! I usually use Loreal but I find it dries up too quickly, and at a tenner a time it's costing me a fortune!! :)

    Bought is to buy. Brought is to bring.
  • Sorry, new to all this - I was wondering has anyone experienced any repercussions or got in trouble when doing these offers, such as taking away points/clubcard or anything?
  • Evening guys

    I'm actually quite fed up that once again my work time and, now, my own evening are being wasted having to read yet another Boots thread that turned into squabbling.

    I've removed the off topic posts and I'll leave it open for you to discuss the "glitch" that's been mentioned but please stop the squabbling and discuss the original offer - and please start a different thread if you've seen a different bargain, glitch or offer.

    Please remember MSE is about sharing news of offers on the open forum, not via PM for the select few. I realise that wasn't the original intention and understand people's reasoning for not speaking about it openly but sharing deals via PM rather than on the forum is not how MSE works.

    Thanks!

    Andrea :)

  • Thanks for pointing out this offer.

    Although I didn't get the 750 points from the ACM, I did get the 250 points from the magazine. 2 lipsticks for 50p (with the goldie).

    Tried a daring red colour this evening. Thought it might 'bleed' but, no, it was perfect.

    So, thank you.

    PS Also managed to womble another two goldies.

    My shop consisted of buying some goodies from the clearance section for the total of £5. This meant I got a gold voucher (goldie) for £5 off either No7 or R&M products. I did notice that if you use the ACM at a shop that doesn't sell R&M then you don't get the print outs! I know this cause I went to 2 different stores.

    I then used this to buy >>>

    1st spend

    2 x No7 face powders ( total £23.00 )
    1 x No 7 Extravagent Mascara (£11.50)
    ( all on 3 for 2 )
    *free eyeshadow pallette when buying mascara
    http://www.boots.com/en/No7-Eyes-Palette-Gift_984092/ *
    Total = £18.00
    Received goldie

    2nd spend

    3 x gillette shaving foam ( 3.50 each on 3 for 2 )
    2 x R&B lipsticks @ £2.75( should be £11.00 each! )
    Total = £7.50 + goldie
    Recieved goldie

    3rd spend

    2 x R&B lipsticks as before
    Total = 50p + goldie

    All in got a load of things I needed at a fraction of the price and boosted my points in time for Crimbo sales.

    One happy little bunny here.

    Thank you so much guys for getting me back into bootsing :T

    I managed to get 2 x 2 R & M lipsticks with 2 acm vouchers but neither of the assistants gave me a goldie with them, but still very happy with my buys.Couldn't see any other reduced R & M. Also got P & P 3 for 2 ,250 points coupon from mailing, 150 points coupon from acm and used a goldie for £5 off total.
