It is 25% off the plan price without extra for the phone, for M&M 700, base plan is £21
  • Oh i did not even see that there was extra for the phone!!
  • I just ordered an INQ on M&M300 for my daughter at £10.93, though the confirmation emails stated a monthly cost of £15. I tried the live chat, but got nowhere so I called them and was told "don't worry, the 25% discount has been applied, but our computer/email system has a fault and doesn't show the discount. You will only pay £10.93". I await the first bill with bated breath...

I too can confirm that it does work. My first online bill shows a £3.30 a month discount - though the bill is £11.37, not the £10.93 from the original post. I suspect that this is something to do with how they are calculating the VAT. Also if you visit three.co.uk via TopCashBack you can get £33 back too :-)

Someone care to advise why its £11.37 and not £10.93?
  • Smiffy, I think it's £11.37 because of the 41p part-month charge. Your next bill should be £10.93.
