and from an Amazon discussion HERE:Just a warning about Comwales from my bitter experience with them. Their website has every thing listed as "available" which implies in stock. This is not true, as I ordered two different products and nine days later still no sign of them. They did not answer my emails. Just about managed to answer my calls, but giving me a different story everytime. In the end I got a refund, but they waisted a lot of my time.I've ordered an item from Comwales, and I'm finding out now (7 days too late) like you say, they don't reply to your email enquiries and nobody seems to want to answer the phone.0 -
Thank you re ComWales. Think I'll look around for a different laptop or wait till this one reappears at a local store!! ThanksThanks to MSE savings we got to go to Disneyworld Florida.

I'd be interested to get some comments about the following deal from laptopsdirect.co.uk
http://www.laptopsdirect.co.uk/Sony_VAIO_NS10L-S_VGNNS10L-S.CEK/version.asp?PID=734
£420 for a Sony Vaio with T3200 dual core - 3Mb ram/250Gb hd, VIsta, 1.3Megapixel camera, Wireless b,g and draft n.
I'm impressed with the build quality of the Vaio range and this looks a good spec and price. I'm unsure if draft n is worth having or if laptopsdirect are good to deal with? Any comments welcome!!

hi i got around £350-400 to spend on a laptop, what would you guys recommend??? Must have sound and internet
all help advice appreciated0 -
Hi, hope you lovely guys can help
.................. My son has now saved up £300 for a laptop but we are having trouble working out the best one for him to have regarding all the specs - If I give you a lowdown on what he will use it for could you please give me some guidance..................
He is 9 years old - likes to use the paint and word programmes - plays games (msn games, so nothing to drastic!) - does surfing (homework research, club penguin and wwe sites!!!:D ) and likes to talk to his cousin in Australia using skype. He would prefer a webcam (he will be monitored closely when using it)
He is quite a whizz on the computer for such a young lad and has shown me a thing or two on word, lol:rotfl: . My only problem when searching for good deals and looking at specs is not kowing what he will need for his type of useage.
If anone can help I would really apprciate it.
