mobiles.co.uk order query ??

hi any help would be great as I can't seem to e-mail mobiles.co.uk
I ordered my samsung 8910i yesterday morning from the mobiles.co.uk web site the phone was in stock and within a couple of hours i had received an e-mail stating , "We can confirm that your order has been accepted by your chosen network and has now been passed to our Quality Team for further checks"
I now notice that the phone is out of stock(hoping mine was the last one!) however my order tracking still says status pending ?
Is ben the mobiles.co.uk man still active on this forum does he have any ideas why this would be or why my phone has not been dispatched ?

any help would be appreciated

yeh, ive tried that page but as soon as i click on the submit button it says "the page you requested cannot be found" so i'm not convinced the e-mail has been sent at all ??

Thats bad.
Have you tried the sales form as well?
Different browser maybe? (unlikely to be the issue, sounds like broken site - deliberate who knows).

I am sure they had 019* numbers on the site before - now they have disappeared. Is there anything in the email they sent you?

Just found this page mobiles.co.uk / contactus.html

If you dial one of the 019 numbers, do so from a mobile (if you can) with free mins - save on landline calls - they do not answer. Best choice probably the sales line.

I found the best time to call them was very first thing in the morning - 9am.

I was calling from 8:55 and kept getting a voice mail saying the sales office was closed until 9am. I kept trying and getting this message until about 9:15am.

But then when it did ring, they answered the call within 10 rings and were very helpful!!

the number I was calling was : (08700) 804444

what if i ordered it directly off orange but cant get hold of mobiles to cancel with them ?
