Well eventually they have agreed that they will replace the mattress free of charge. I guess they didn't want me sitting outside the store lol. The head office isn't that far from me but there wouldn't be many customers going in there so the store is a better option

If they insist on an exchange rather than a refund, then go for a different brand.

What make was your last one?

It was a sealy bed and mattress, I think they are just going to replace it with another sealy mattress

Tell them you don't want the same brand, or any other member of the same group of companies, if you don't want to have the same problem again.
