Yes it did start out as a discussion about plastic bags but you posed the question Why can you not get out of your car because people are parked in disabled bays?
I answered it and then gave my opinion (you aren't the only person allowed one).
Yes i went to the supermarket and yes i noticed alot of cars parked in the disbaled bays without a badge as i walked past the disabled bays and as I walked round the many isle picking up items and placing them in my trolly I nocticed that there werent any people in wheelchairs or with
sticks. Do you go shopping and stand in one place? No I didnt think so.
Please accept my apolosgises for having my eyes open and noticing things rather then walking round with my head up my own !!!! like you seem to.
Eh - that would be me that posed the question actually!
So to have a blue badge you must be in a wheelchair or have a walking stick?
And you observed every single person in the supermarket as you did say "everyone" in the shop was able bodied. Just as an aside what medical training have you had?
I have said nothing on this thread that I would not say to anyone face to face so don't come the picking a fight only on the internet rubbish with me.0 -

I answered it and then gave my opinion (you aren't the only person allowed one). I never said others were not entitled to an opinion, isn't that why we are all here?

Do you go shopping and stand in one place? No I didnt think so. no as my name is not Paul Daniels and I havn't mastered the art of getting the stuff to go in my trolley without putting it there myself!!

You dont just qualify for a blue badge because you havea wheelchair or walk with a stick you silly person...
There are plenty of other disabilities that qualify for one or are they not as serious as yours because they dont have a said chair or stick?one of the famous 50 -

I have a blue badge but no longer have a wheelchair but I still need to open the car door as wide as it will go to be able to swing my legs round to get out, which I can't do in normal bays. If there is an end space I will use that but if not I have to use the disabled bay but always get people like you gawping at me.
When I was still on my crutches I parked up in wakefield and had a parking attendant try and tell me that I couldn't park in a disabled bay without a wheelchair... It wasn't you was it??If At First You Don't Succeed, Call It Version 1.00 -

There is this one bit in Larry David when he gets angry at a guy with a stutter as not only does have a key to disabled toilet but has a pass for a disabled space too!0
