Other games that might be suitable for younger ones may be, a fishing game, or lotto type game to find the matching cards for your board, or even just snap cards that could be played as snap or as pairs all spread out, there are lots of nice ones with all sorts of pictures or themes. I've been buying games for my dd forever (or so it seems) she is now 6. I always found the Early Learning Centre good for some basic younger games.

We used to play charades with the whole family :D My mum would write out loads of things on the cards herself, so it was inexpensive and extremely funny!

I wanna make one of these as well now. Just need to start thinking of ideas as I don't have kids to make one for.. Make one for my mum, I think, as she loves this sort of thing!

  • oooowwwwwwwwwW! I feel like a big kid, I want to make xmas eve hampers but have no kids - would normally do for my nephews but i've just moved to the other side of the world where import and export tax is ridiculous. I'm so jealous - you've all got really good ideas!
