    Saver Sam, you could try ringing them and saying you want to cancel because the box is broken, they'll probably send someone out/replace it just to keep you as a customer, I've heard of/known lots of people who've done that.
    Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

    OMG things might be looking up...a teaching assistants position has come up at Bea's school. Its only fixed term covering maternity leave but :):) Going to pick up application for tomorrow
