Normally I put the keys in my bag or throw them on the bottom step of the stairs so that I know where they are....

Batteries are relatively cheap, friends and colleagues will be better in a few days, the horrible man will most likely go home to his sad little batchelor pad and burn a microwave meal for one before going to bed alone and wondering why no-one loves him, you might be a copper by December, people are resilient and bounce back from the things that happen, and most of all you are a strong and compassionate woman who is very much loved by her friends and family, and today is just one rubbish, crappy day and it's nearly over.
I love you xxx
It is indeed nearly over...thank you Snags xxxx

Do you ever wish you could bottle certain moments in time, preserve the smell, the quality of the light, the sounds you could hear, the feel of that moment on your skin, so that when you feel sad and down you could go back to that moment and feel like you did right then?
I have a few memories that as they were happening I felt such happiness and joy and I just wish time would stand still and let that moment and feeling last. I remember sitting with Freya in my arms when she was about 2 weeks old and looking at her beautiful face and the feel of her in my arms. The minute I saw Joe for the first time-looking just as perfect as a baby could. The feel of their downy hair on your lips, the little hands grasping your fingers. The day spent on the beach in France when the sun was warm but not too hot, the beach empty and we walked for miles along a perfect coast line...that breath-taking kiss you wished would never end, the feel of arms wrapped around you all night long and feeling safe and loved protected.
If these moments could be stored and you could just re-visit them, briefly and let you know that you are loved and protected and cherished....Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
My head hurts.....trying to have a serious chat with DD1 about "the first cause argument" I can understand that they are trying to make them think a bit deeper about religion and the like but if grown adults have issues explaining it how can a 13 year old do it justice.....Very hard not to inflict your own views on this sort of thing.

I've just remembered something I heard on the radio earlier. Apparantly they're 'updating' Winnie the Pooh. There's going to be a new character, and Eeyore is going to be more proactive! Travesty, why mess with something that's worked for 80 years?!
So which one of them is going to be gay?
