hi, when you say post 2001 what is the actual cutoff date? i.e. i have a laguna first registered jan 01 so will that be eligible for the higher road tax? sorry i can't find the info on the dvla website, is not very clear
thanks
March 2001 with the 51 plate registrations. I think you must have a Y plate.
Good news for higher emissions car not getting hit with the higher charge, bad news for the lower emissions car not getting the benefit of the reduction.0 -

close, is an x reg. so my tax will stay at £190?
thanks0 -
It's registered before 1st March 2001 so you will remain on the old scheme based on engine size. From a quick look around it may go up to £215 inside the next 2 years.close, is an x reg. so my tax will stay at £190?
thanks
You can look up exactly whats coming when you know engine and trim grade for your Laguna at parkers.co.uk, also your car is right on the border of a model change and I don't know which you have 1994-2001 or 2001-2007 model.
