Certainly not, in my experience nobody but an only child calls his Mother 'Mummy' beyond the age of 5 or 6.

Do try to wean him off the breast soon though......and I'll leave you to that ;)

What are you on about? YOU are "MummyTo2Boys", not me! My son stopped calling me that, as you say, around 5 or 6. I think you misunderstood my post.

With your inablilty to appreciate supermarkets targetted customers I dread to think where you'd shop otherwise.

Eh? So if you don't spawn you shouldn't shop? !!!!!!? I think you may have forgotten your meds today ;)

I don't often visit the supermarket (such common places) but my local shops don't open on Sundays

I wonder how on earth my parents managed to rarely have to resort to taking us shopping with them. Oh yes, intelligence ;)

Certianly not. Do you wish you could spawn just one brat?

Not really. I'm far too smart for that. That's why I got sterilised at 22.

No but maybe if you don't....erm 'spawn', then you shouldn't post about other peoples parenting techniques.

Just concentrate on whatever you non-spawners do with yourselves ;)

Which parenting book recommends allowing children to run face first into metal shopping baskets then? Doesn't sound like Dr Spock or Contented Baby to me :rotfl:

I'd assume that you were sterilised for medical reasons as no Doctor would sterilise a woman at 22 through choice so you have my pity, not for being sterilised, but because you feel the need to lie about it.

No parenting book recommends that but when you have a little bundle of joy the text book goes out' the window.

No medical reason. I've never wanted kids. They wouldn't do it on the NHS so I went private and was lucky enough to find a doctor who believed the choice was mine. They did make me have some counselling before doing it, but they did do it.

Pity. That must be why there are 8 year olds running riot in tesco. How quickly that little bundle of joy grows into a little 5hit :A

Well I'm sure I can take your word for that and I won't contradict myself by making assumptions, however unusual your situation may seem.
