Annoyed at Tesco - Can I complain by email?

Seems a really petty thing to complain about - but such is life these days.

You're making lots of assumptions. You don't know what went on that day, week, month or year of those childrens lives. You're being idealistic which is (in my experience) common in parents of an only child. I'm sure your little boy's a ray of light.

No, just a normal kid. I'm sure you, as a Mummy to 2, are far better at this parenting lark than me, though (even though "Mummy" implies you don't have 15 years of experience), so I'll leave you to it.

if their parents can't be bothered to control them, cages should be available to protect the rest of us from the little brats

Certainly not, in my experience nobody but an only child calls his Mother 'Mummy' beyond the age of 5 or 6.

Do try to wean him off the breast soon though......and I'll leave you to that
