yes it would, which is why partial refund is the option i gave you

a full refund would not be offered as you have had usage out of your xbox(s)

the refund will take this into account and deduct accordingly

as for you saying i conflict

i said you have no right to an alternative console, which you dont, but i did say you can get a partial refund that you can put to another console. this is not the same thing as you can spend the refund however you wish.

as for not researching, now the timescale has been changed i can see why you went for what you did so i take that stuff back now i know its longer ago.

But seriously s75 is by far the best option, its your only hope for all your money. i just didnt remember it applies to credit agreements until my last post...

My XBox is due back from Microsoft on Wednesday, I'm going to make sure it works then march straight to Gamestation on Thursday and purchase myself a lovely shiney PS3.

I have enjoyed my 360 for 4 years and think it's time for a change.
