Thank you for your wishes. It was a very lovely day. :)

So here shortly what I have been up to:

    Saturday
    - BF gave me as a birthday pressia a promise to look after DD for two weekends in the autumn so that I can go to this course I have been wanting to go for ages :j
    - His mum gave me a painting she has painted herself which is truly amazing - I love it :T
    - BF bought me clip on sun shades for my glasses - much easier to see now in the bright spring sun
    - BF and ex bumped into eachother  thank goodness I wasn't there
    - I stocked up my birthday pressie stash (for DD's friends when she gets invited to parties, 4 books for a fiver from The W0rks - bargain :money:)
    - Had an evening of stitching and rubbish telly :)

    Sunday
    - We drove to Wales
    - Had a walk by the canal
    - Sat in the sun by the horse shoe falls doing sudoku
    - Had a paddle in freezing cold water with DD
    - Had a tea in L1ttle Chef (not bad)

    Monday
    - Picked up lunch from McD
    - Took said lunch to be eaten as a picnic by the canal
    - After lunch BF and DD went for a walk so I was sunning myself while doing x stitch
    - Cooked tea from storecupboards
    - Chilled out

    Tuesday
    - DD was at child minders (fellow MSE'er) as it was inservice day
    - I was at work and had a pretty easy catch up day
    - Did some zumba when I got home and was so out of breath after 20 minutes. I don't think I will venture to the full lenght programmes until I can crack that one
    - DD had a bit of a tantrum this evening because she didn't listen to me and I turned the telly off. It got sorted faily easily thou
    - I have been wasting time playing silly games in FB
    - Applied for tickets for olympic games (athletics)
    - Have overdosed on chocolate _pale_

I have a big problem with my new tenancy contract due to the blimming bailiff situation. I know what I should do to sort it but that means that they have won and got rewarded for bullying me. Must not think about it and start dealing with it tomorrow when not so tired.

    What a day.

I found a house. I love it. It has its problems. BF going tomorrow to inspect. Need to chill now and then fill application ready. Everything crossed that if it is ok I can be the first to put application in. On the way back from the agent broke wing mirror on car. H@lfords didn't have the right part. Need to go to dealer tomorrow at some point. Pah! Tired, must chill, fill application, early bed.

I wish I could buy this house instead of rent. It needs lots of TLC and has masses of potential. Might be able to negotiate with the LL about getting money off rent if we do some work. Massive garden backing to stable yard (heaven), pets allowed (ninth heaven), dish washer (unbelievable), more space than here (what a relief), bath (woohoo)

Ok I stop now before I get too excited. Need to pop DD to bed, we are late because it was Beavers tonight.

Ok application for the tenancy has been put in. Now just having everything crossed that I will pass the credit check.

Today has been a bit of a nightmare day. Exciting as well but very stressfull.

Work didn't go to the plan as I was given an extra task with very short deadline. Despite that my manager let me leave the office to go and put the application in. I did promise that I will go extra early on Tuesday to do that time back. And I did manage to get the job done as far as I was able and then send request for further information so all good except that it was a rush and a stress.

I didn't have time to sort out my wing mirror today so that has to wait now until Saturday.

I got a hand delivered letter so I can only guess that bailiffs have been. I sent a cheque today to council for the remaining balance but haven't paid the new bailiff fees so I am hoping that this was enough and that they will send me a letter confirming case closed. However I can't find the energy to open the letter.

My present managing agency have emailed me and I am too much of a coward to read it. I know it is about getting the contract signed but I don't want to until I know if I can get this other place. So another thing nagging me and stressing me.

It was DD's swimming lesson today so additional rushing around as I was little bit late picking her up to get to the leasure centre in time for the start of the lesson.

Ex has sent me an email about mediation and I only read it today. He wants me to call him as according to him there is something to talk about that was too complicated to put into email. Obviously today with all this rushing around and extra work to do I didn't get time to call him so another thing to play in my mind. I am going to ask him if he would move the court date. It seems that I am moving in two weeks time, I have exams in the beginning of June, we are going to super busy at work with the year end so the court would just be too much. I am thinking that it is too much already.

Local NHS contacted me about arranging sessions. I didn't really like this person who called me. She sounded really depressed, how on earth is she going to help me. So additional thing to try to go to while being busy at work. Aaaaaaarrrrrggggghhh. I am going to the first session but will bail out if it turns out to be waste of time.

Oh and I have some old food in the fridge that absolutely stinks every time I open the door. I must, must get rid of it. And the ants are back running around the kitchen.

And DD has invited to birthday party either on Sunday or Monday and I can't find the invitation.

So to summarise. There have been lots of excitement, lots of running around, making me very tired which has made every little stressfull thing look massive and the cumulative effect of everything overwhelming. So what am I going to do. I am going to get DD to bed, get out of these work clothes into sometehing more comfortable, throw that offencive stuff out of the fridge, make a cup of tea and slouch in front of telly while stitching. Then tomorrow things should look a bit better.

Only thing that needs to be done tomorrow is one load of washing, taking DD to playground and planning a picnic meal for Saturday. And of course lots of stitching while wathing the wedding.

Saturday is another run around day but I should have recovered a bit by then.

So how has it turned up?

Work didn't go to the plan...

Still working under preassure but have managed to just concentrate on task in hand.

I didn't have time to sort out my wing mirror today so that has to wait now until Saturday.

Temporary mirror now in place, BF is trying to find cheaper option than my local garage.

    I got a hand delivered letter ...

Have not opened it, waiting for reply from the council.

My present managing agency have emailed me ...

Have called them and told that I am moving out. They should call me back. Also waiting for the agency for the new place to get paper work sorted. Feeling better about this except that I have now 9 days to organise move

It was DD's swimming lesson today so additional rushing around as I was little bit late picking her up to get to the leasure centre in time for the start of the lesson.

Beavers tonight. Might come home to do some sorting out while she is there. Not as big rush as the swimming so all good.

Ex has sent me an email about mediation ...

Have been in touch with him but I think that I know what it is about. He seems to have found a new mediator. I wonder what happened to the old one. Perhpas the stuff in my statement was a bit too heavy for her to deal with ;). Anyway, will be getting an email from new mediator and also will be calling ex later this week. I have emailed him and asked for postponing the court date.

Local NHS contacted me about arranging sessions. ...

This is next week and bulk of work should be done by then. Also I can always put DD to breakfast club earlier and come to work earlier to make up the time if it takes longer than my allcoated lunch break. I am going to give it a go for at least once and then make up my mind about it usefulness.

Oh and I have some old food in the fridge...

Fridge now relieved from all old and horrid stuff. Smelling nice again.

And DD has invited to birthday party either on Sunday or Monday and I can't find the invitation.

Found it in time, she has been and had good time.

    AND a dishwasher :D

It was DD's swimming lesson today and she can move to the stage 2. What a proud mummy I am. And while she was swimming I was sitting watching with my notepad and came up with 32 things that I need to do . And frogology doesn't help here as all of them need to be eaten. It is matter of which ones I can move forward with and which ones I can't and what time and energy I have available to keep getting through them.

However it has been absolutely silly at work (being given demanding ad hoc task during the busiest week) so I am pooped (been going to work hour early now three days running). But there is no getting around it that tomorrow there will be two viewings in my present house which means that two things from my list have to be completed today: washing up and general tidy up. Rest can wait for one more day.

Just remembered 33rd task - call the new agency tomorrow to ask if they have received the money and try push getting keys tomorrow or Saturday the latest.

And the best thing is that I actually had enough money for the deposit and first months rent so when I get the deposit back from this place I can use it to pay off debt to BF :j

Must get DD to bed early tonight do some stitching with American Idol and then tidy up (unless I true to my bad habits get up ridiculously early in the morning to do manic bliz - very likely).

That is it, very full on week nearing to the end.

Due to blimming inefficient british banks I won't get keys until next week  Moments like this I do miss home. :(

I didn't finish the work that I had deadline yesterday morning at 10am for. However my boss seems happy because it is clear that no adjustments are needed and I am 99.9% finished (apart from printing the whole lot out). With my "normal" work I am behind but not too bad. Perhaps just one day so should be able to catch up next week (well two days as normally at this time I am day ahead).

BF coming here tomorrow afternoon to help with packing. He is darn good at it. Need to make a raid to local coop to get some more boxes. Oh and lots of heavy duty bin bags for clothes etc.

I called ex today and we had civil conversation. He has found a new mediator and I have emailed them with a request to meet them on my own first. It all feels positive at the moment. I asked him to call/write to the court to cance/postpone the court meeting. I don't know if he has done that but I will write my own letter this weekend.

No news from my previous concil.

Most important task for tomorrow: book the removal guys. I think I will use the same as last time. I don't want to do it with BF just two of us. It was such a hard work when we had to move all my stuff to the storage. It was so much less painfull when I had these guys to move the stuff from storage to here.

I am soooo tired. Waiting for pizza delivery. Bit extravagant but I normally do this no more than twice per year so I think it is allowed.

Rest night tonight and early to bed. If you see my light on past ten please shout at me.
