I've been with RE for ages but have had to submit my first ever totally negative report...well it's almost totally negative. How long do you reckon it'll delay me getting paid? Just if I'm not going to get my money, I've got 2 weeks to refund the item I had to buy...it was the shop from hell.

It shouldn't RE don't seem to have a problem with negative reports unlike another company. I've put in a fair few ngatiive reports over the years.

Depends on who querys it, when the store queried my report it came back to me a week after the shop. Whilst the initial query e-mail said "We cannot submit your report until we have clarification of this detail, which will hold up payment for this assignment." the shop was never taken out of my payments schedule and I was paid at the normal time. So if they are going to query it they are fairly quick, but I'd make sure if they do query it that when you go back you get confirmation that you'll be paid for it.

Well, I do have around 900 points, so I am credible, I think. I praised one member of staff but mentioned how rude and aggressive one was, how another couldn't be bothered to help when asked and also how when, again, for the first time I ever think I got rumbled as a MSer, they changed their attitude to the point it was forced, fake and uncomfortable. I went into lots of details and offered specifics for the benefit of CCTV, and photo evidence of something else...as the one time I was ever negative before for RE, I mentioned something was broken, the place I'd shopped denied it and I kicked myself for not getting photographic evidence.

Hey everyone, i've been reading (or lurking!) this thread for couple of weeks now, I followed the first post and decided to sign up to any of the firms that I could, ended up being about 4, still waiting to hear from some others. Anyway as I carried out my first assignment yesterday I thought its about time I posted! It was a bank visit, enquiring about current accounts and went quite well, and reporting back wasn't too much hassle either, assuming its passed quality control...

Got a fast food visit lined up for Sat, and I think I'm going to quite enjoy this MS'ing lark!

Also, well done to everyone who has contributed to a great thread!
