I did 2 coffee jobs at Bluewater yesterday. 1st one was fine, the second one I got to and its closed for refurbishment. I took photos and as soon as I got home I emailed them to the coffee team at Gap to tell them but I've not heard anything back. Do you think I should complete the online paperwork, just reply "No" to everything, then explain in the box at the end that it was closed and re-send the photos? Thanks!
ETA: No worries, had a reply from them already, they have re-set it, what great service from Gap!!!!!We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Oh shoot, we're meant to be going to see it on Tues. I hated the Office too, couldn't stand that sort of cringey humour. But I did love that film he was in where he played a dentist in NYC - it was more regular humour. Oh well, back to the drawing board, but there's not much else on, unless you like American Rom Com, horror or kids. Might have to be Dorian Gray then.
I'd recommend Up. Went to see it last night and it's sad but very funny at the same time.0 -
Hiya
I've got a MS shop coming up not been able to pick any up for ages.
I need to ask a question about the food on the menu, could someone give me a tip to ask not sure what to say lol0 -
Grr, went to do a station shop today and the unit was shut, even though it was supposed to be open. Will RE still pay me, even if not the whole fee?0

You could go for the "what does this come with?" question if it isn't obvious, or "can I get this with x instead of y" or an allergy question perhaps about nuts?0

They should pay, although obviously no reimbursement.
I'd've taken a photo of it, then sent it to them and said you went there in good faith, it wasn't your fault it was shut, so you'd be grateful if they'd still pay the full fee. We’ve had to remove your signature. Luckily I took two photos on my mobile phone in case they disputed it. Luckily also, you can see the time on the station clock in the background.0 -

My OH had this happen at a station outlet. He took photos of the opening times, aswell as the closed shop unit...... and no joy I am afraid. RE eventually took it off his account, and last we heard from it.0 -
I had an off licence job with RE last year, got to it, it was closed and obviously had been for months as there were weeds up against the door. I took pics, explained, and they paid me the fee.
Next month, the same job crops up. So I emailed them to tell them it was shut. They told me the company in question had confirmed it was definitely open so could I please do it again.
So off I went, still closed, weeds even bigger ... more photos, more explanations, got paid again.
So give it a try, you should get paid the fee! We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
