Is anyone have really long delayed emailed responses from RE? I took an out of date job and asked for it to be rescheduled for this weekend for me. This was done yesterday which I had noticed. Anyhow I have now just received the email about it dated yesterday so wondering if they have system issues again?

we could have done it if the rooms werent fully booked. you mentioned the party is Sat but this particular hotel they are fully booked apart from Fri and Sun so not sure if that will help you? if not hope you do find something :)

Such a shame when that kind of thing happens! Oh I am stupid, I totally misread it in my excitement! The party is for my friends birthday on the Saturday!

I doubt I'd be quick enough to get it anyway but thanks for flagging it up, hope you get another soon!

As for ESA I did my first two assignments for them on 21st and 22nd of last month. I have seen that others have mentioned pay going in today. I have read the notes about pay and am I right to presume that I will not get this now until January? I am hoping I am wrong as that is a very long wait...

:eek::eek::eek:

That's crazy! Even BARE would pay quicker than that!!

More and more bad points about this shower of sh*t excuse of a company are coming out it seems.

Extremely pleased about this Sunday!! Doing 4 jobs for the same company, an amusment and leisure company who own several Theme Parks, horror attractions, aquariums, waxwork exhibitions and a giant wheel in London.

Get to go to several attractions and enjoy the day there for free, with no cost to pay up front - that'll do me! Sad that i'll be going on my own, but hey, why on Earth not?!

Anyone done or doing any calls for TNS re cars? Please PM me, I'm stuck and TNS are not answering my email, I rang them and was told to put it all in email, and someone would reply. The lady I spoke to really needed some customer service skills, maybe they should ms their own staff!

As for ESA yes they get funny with you :( Two of the other jobs I had booked I could not do on the set date due to really bad weather and when finally getting to the location not being able to park - it was a nightmare day so i was relieved to at least get 1 out of the 3 completed for them. I emailed them the moment I got in and said I could do the other 2 first thing the next day IF I had a response. I didnt so didnt do them obviously and they got really nasty with me too and implied I should have just done them without getting new permission..... obviously as we all know if I had done that it would have been wrong and Id not have got paid for them either :( So I am hoping my next batch of work and experience with them will be better.

i was going to struggle to do all my esa jobs the day i had initially said as i had something come up at work. i called them and they told me as long as they are completed within the set timeframe it did not matter what day i did them on, even if this was different from what i said when i applied.

means you don't have to let them know in future (as long as you can do in timeframe). obv not much help in this case though! :mad: shame they didn't reply as they call me up to 7pm sometimes so would appear someone is still there at least till then.

• Can anyone help - i have been allocated a survey for e digital research. I have not done any jobs for this company before. I am being asked to make a purchase, receive it and then return it.
Does anyone know if they reimburse you for delivery charges at all?

Thanks.

Delivery and Refund charges come out of the purchase and refund fees they set.

Some clients will enclose postage free labels for refunds or you can take it back free to the store (check in the brief that it is ok to do it this way) and in these cases your refund fee will be all profit. Some clients do not refund postage costs and so those will come out of the Refund fee so less of a profit there, but there's always those gyp jobs that might coincide so that can help with the costs.

P.S. Always choose something really light in weight !
