FYI, I have a "proper job" as well as my MS work, I pay NI in my proper job, therefore have opted out of paying Class 2 NI for my MS work.

How do you opt out please???

Alternatively, at the risk of being shouted at, you could always look at the first post! There are quite a few of us now, who've put work into building these FAQs, but I do sometimes wonder why...

Sorry - I should have explained. Both jobs were originally available for any day this week, so I don't see how the client would be unhappy. I'd had to re-arrange other stuff around being there at the right time, so didn't have time to go elsewhere to get lunch, hence needing to buy something there, the other MS outlet being the only choice.

I *think* GYP change their days over at around 3pm, so if you went to try and change it after this time to todays date it might have already rolled over to thinking it's tomorrow.

Thats more like it - keep going - Im sure you can increase it even more! In fact why dont we all just set up a direct debit to the MS companies every month and call it quits!

I had problems with a burger job on gap that they let me select for a sunday when it wasnt open on those times so I couldn't do it. I couldn't reschedule as that was the last day so there were no other options. I just emailed them to explain and said I would do it another day. They just got me to do it on a different day. Hopefully it will be ok for you too or maybe I was just lucky?

Lol that is a very good idea! Wonder if you could invent a ridiculous question to get them to tell you what shops are on either side of them as that is what I always forget to note! :rotfl:

I phone the shop and say "can you settle a dispute I am having with my friend, are you next door to the bank?" Whatever place I do remember and they tend to say no we are next to .............!
  • Have just been accepted for a 2 night all expenses paid break in London. Coincides almost with OH's birthday, so all good!!

Loads of report writing, but no such thing as a free lunch... (...and dinner, and parking, and travel, and room reimbursement!)
