Changed my mind - OK, probably won't get paid but have been honest and said last time I was there no toilets were available for customers so didn't ask. I'll regret being honest but hey ho!
Might be a bit late now but you could phone and say you ( or someone)left your mobile somewhere and can`t remember if it was in their toilet....sound scatty as you say it.lol.If they have got a loo they will look, if not you can act dumb and say it must have been in the cafe down the road or something.

Oops ,sorry Mysterious Girl I didn`t see your earlier post..I jumped in with both feet before reading all the replies!!

I know it's dishonest but once I forgot to check the toilets out on a job so I rang them up and said that my mother is a bit confused, she seems to think she left her glasses in your toilets. Do you have a ladies toilet and if so, did anyone hand any glasses in? That way you know if there are toilets available. Naughty naughty!

Lol that is a very good idea! Wonder if you could invent a ridiculous question to get them to tell you what shops are on either side of them as that is what I always forget to note! :rotfl:

I've done this before and rang the store opposite as I could remember that one. I just said this is going to sound really stupid but look out the window and tell me what they are. The guy did no probs.

I've just come back from a pub food visit and now i'm trying to remember how many cubicles there were. And how many sinks. And bizarrely enough they also want to know how many doors there were on the toilets! I know the pub in question is renowned for being a bit of a dive, but seriously you want me to count the doors on the toilets to make sure they're all there????

Does anyone live near Barnsley? There are 2 stores that look next door to each other on RE currently. Too far for me to drive but hopefully worth snapping up for someone.
