I'm back from my outdoors country type shop (got a groovy pair of short wellies which will be PERFECT for when I'm walking the dog!). I asked all the questions BUT forgot to ask about the toilet . I know when I was there a while back and my daughter needed the toilet they had to unlock it specially for her (it was the staff's loo), but it has changed a bit since my last visit. Do I just say no and hope for the best do you think?

I did exactly the same thing in a sandwich shop - I personally went back again which was inconvenient but I don't think I'll forget again!! LOL

Thanks - not keen to go back as it's a 16 mile trip! I'm going to say no and cross my fingers.

Afternoon! Just got in from my burger lunch (didn't eat it all by the way!!) Oh, how ridiculous was it. They must have sussed that I was on an assignment as soon as I asked for a receipt (this joint don't give them our automatically) and from then on I was treated to special VIP treatment, it was hysterical!! The manager kept doing laps of the restaurant grinning away at me and they were cleaning, sweeping etc all around me, took my tray away for me, you know the stuff and even followed me into the toilets :rotfl::rotfl: The door was held open for me as I left with a nice farewell comment. Hilarious!!!:rotfl: WHY DO THEY DO IT??? SO ANNOYING

Anyway other 3 jobs went well so got some report writing to do now, hope your day is going Ok everyone, and you TG!!:rotfl:Doughnuts anyone :rotfl:

Changed my mind - OK, probably won't get paid but have been honest and said last time I was there no toilets were available for customers so didn't ask. I'll regret being honest but hey ho!

How much do you guys claim for use of home office, from your tax records?

The Show they put on is fab, isn't it! Worth asking for a receipt when you're NOT doing a MS, especially if you're there with friends/family, to have a good laugh at them!

I'm fine .. just back from Chelmsford, had my hair done and feel like "Me" again.

DH took the doughnuts (not donuts) to work - ruddy things!!!! :rotfl::rotfl:

If you go to one of the first posts of this thread there is a link to a great Logger programme that someone (whose name I can't remember at the moment) wrote. Several of us use it, it's great!
