if its a 6230i you will need to put another newtorks sim card in (you will know if you try the code without, when you enter the last # character the phone will just sit there and do nothing )

you dont just need cable-you also need the hardware equipment attached to it, better to pay someone for a single phone unlock

I bought a few fones and a few are quite 'dodgy', I dont have a clue what to do with it so I htought I may as well ask here:

I have a Nokia 2650, when sim is inserted it says 'phone restriced' what does that mean? Is it locked onto another network? blocked?

I also got a Sagem MYX3-2, I inserted both O2 and Tmobile sim and it says 'PayT Lock'. Im beginning to get a bit wary of the seller of these phones.

Can you also unlock the following:

Samsung C100 - UK
Network: O2

IMEI: 352362001647211

the nokia and sagem are both locked - nokia can be done here by fee code -sagem needs direct unlock
the c100 can be done free - check the 1st post on the other sticky for non nokia phones for the procedure
