also need the network, but you may have run out of tries now as some nokias now only get 3 attempts - then cable unlock only

every model can have different box serials and asics and can even vary between different networks of the same model, so it would be hard to give a generic answer, also nokia ban box serials as they find out they are public so this can also make some no use to newer phones
