Both worked a treat! :beer:

Only problem now is the 2600 is asking for a Security code: when I change the SIM. I've tried 12345 and the master code 5114016627 generated by trycktill.

Neither of these work any ideas? This is an old phone of me mums and she doesn't have a clue what the code is.

PS. IMEI: 357619008601433 if anyone knows of a better master code generator out there.

master code looks correct to me

just enter the numbers in when it says sec code
if no good then it will need resetting by cable/hardware
