I was going to iron but DD1 is round with Ryan cos she got soooooooo drunk last night (after she sent me home! :rotfl:) and is puking and puking....

Hiya, date went okay actually thanks Linda. There wasn't really a huge amount of attraction but he seems like a nice guy. Feel a bit guilty because he seems to really like me and is saying things like he hopes we are together in 6 months...and I don't feel the same, so I'm not sure what to do really.

I'll probably see him again but will be honest with him that I don't think I want what he wants.

Not feeling great today, very bad cramps and very hormonal.

BB, that sounds bad, hugs.

Luc, it's Somewhere Towards the End by Diana Athill. I just don't identify at all with a patronising middle class old woman, some of what she's saying is really getting my back up. Like going on about how poor she is, then saying about spending a week in a health spa to lose a couple of stone (while she's only working part time), or hiring a firm to do the gardening - she can only afford it once a week poor woman! And all the references to obscure artists/writers, laughing at people (like me) who've never heard of them.... at least I'll have something to say at the group this month!

Snags, I always find peppermint tea works wonders for cramps. I think it's because it tastes so horrible - my body's so scared I'll inflict it on it again that it makes itself better!

BB that sounds bad, and confusing... a bit mind gamey perhaps? Or a genuine mistake? Whatever it is I hope you get it sorted.
