No problem re hijack......another really useful place to go for more info on such things is the "make £10 a day challenge" where they kindly put links to lots of these things in the first couple of posts. Would be worth a look.

Flylady today is lounge, hall, stairs.....which suits me because I did a fair bit of that yesterday, so easy to finish off.

Thats good. I used to do the £10 challenge all the time, I don't quite understand why I dropped it  kept doing the stuff, but not the challenge, which can leave you floundering a bit....

On the whole, I'd rather be in China :D

I've still not heard from DD - I am assuming she is having a good time!

Thats who I was thinking of..... isn't it amazing that she's just *out there* doing her thing. At least we haven't seen over-adrenalised teenagers quarantined in a hotel with their laptops on the news........ thinking of it, I don't know what sights she's going to be seeing, is she in Beijing? Terracotta Warriors? The Great Wall? Sigh..........

i'm going to give the aforementioned bingo site a go this week, may have to wait until payday though. Thanks for the information.
grrr to unreliable paydays, i don't know how you cope with not knowing which day OH's wages will arrive.
wrist was slightly improved when i woke up but has now worsened due to rsi at work. Who knew that work was detrimental to your health along with housework???

I did! Last time I mopped the floor I slipped over, last time I hoovered my cream carpet I ran over a biro (without noticing, I promise) and ended up with huge ink stains everyone (luckily they came out with alcohol, the wonders of the internet). Whenever I try to do something 'good' I always end up hurting myself or making the situation worse. Moral of the story, housework = bad. Luckily I have a new deal with DH where I cook and he cleans because we each like one thing and hate the other :T
