  • Oh Hiphouse - your poor friend. Good thing she has lots of people to help her out.

Anyone fancy a glass of Baileys? Just mind you use a coaster when you put the glasses down on the table - be a shame to leave rings after all that polishing! :D

Baileys for me please! Do you think we should send a hot water bottle and some jaffa cakes to Calais for Hypno? xx

Yes, and we ought to send one of those survival blankets like they give to runners who have to stop in the marathon - you know, the silvery ones? Only of course ours would, in true MSE / OS style ours would be made of carefully salvaged and washed foil from the sunday roasts! :rotfl:

Would we pick the bits of congealed skin and spuds off first or just send it as it is? What an awful thought! I've got images of poor Hypno in Calais, wrapped in used tin foil with all the neighbourhood dogs and cats coming ever closer! xx

Ummm, won't Hypno feel much loved and much missed with our leftovers stuck on her foil blanket... still if she's feeling a bit peckish she'll have a variety of nibbles  :D

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: She's going to be so pleased that we've been thinking of her!

Seriously though (:p) - I've got a friend who puts her foil in the dishwasher and reuses it:eek:!

:rotfl::rotfl:. Me too, and when she eventually gets home she'll be welcomed by Surfbabe's chickens and Shaun's sheep frolicking in her living room, and comatose MSE mates.

I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.
