Surely that's someone starting on her ironing pile for her, in which case I think she will be VERY impressed! ;)

And as for the butter on bread things, there seem to be more of us that I realised. Perhaps we need out own thread to extol the virtues of butterless bread?!:)

Right, I'm going to have to do something about this when I get the time. (In a few days maybe. ;))

With the no butter it depends on the sarnie :)

I love the taste of butter, but then realised when you're having mayo there's no need for both, so it probably halves the calories and the fat :)

A warm boiled egg sarnie without the melting butter is a definite no no!

With cheese and crackers, again normally no need for the extra fat from the butter.

Also if it's something like ciabatta olive oil goes so well, or any anti pasta type thing in oil, and butter would just spoil it.

Sorry if I'm waffling, just trying to lose weight and this is my latest 'normal' extra in lifestyle to cut the calories and cholesterol.

And yet another excellent reason not to succumb to the yellow peril...;)

I need to cut out chocolate, period. I'd loose tons of weight if I did that!

Me neither with the butter. I don't have it with my toast and marmaleade which everyone I have breakfast with thinks is totally unusual behaviour.

Okay if we are clearing up we need some sustenance! A case of chilled champagne, frites and mayonnaise should do the trick
