Buffy - have you made a withdrawal in the last 24 hours? That's usually the reason. Don't panic, I'm sure you'll be able to get it out tomorrow

I've had that a few times, I think that every so often making a deposit triggers them giving an £3 extra bonus, but you use cash first before bonus, so you could lose your cash trying to use the bonus. To double check look at the a/c's reports, and you should see the £3 bonus appears within a few seconds after the deposit.

If it's a 2nd withdrawal within 24 hours, it will say how many minutes to go. The other problem can be if the account needs verifying in some way, in which case you need to either fill in a ticket, or use online help to find out what info they need. Online help seems to be quicker in getting answers than tickets.

Morning guys - another terrible night's sleep, so feel very bleugh this morning......but it is our office party tonight and of course I go on hols tomorrow, so I am hoping the tiredness soon passes!

10p only on scratches......£25 paid on Virgin as the normal 0% payment is made, so an ok start, but nothing spectacular.

Hope you are all ok - now off for a shower to wake myself up a bit!

I think se999 has on the Bingo, I've forgone a few quid in bonus's just so I can get my hands on the cash :rotfl:

And Popeye won another £10 on his first game today Fortunately I've bought ahead with his other £4 so it's not only not lost, when I come home it could be even more :j:j

I picked up a latte with an extra shot from Costa this morning......much needed today. I have had a heads up though that bonus cheques might be issued today. So that would perk me up no end :rolleyes:

You're not going to believe this (bingo talk again!). I have just played the last £2.00 of my last £5 bonus and won the full house! £10! That makes £120.50 of £120 or 100.4%!!!!!!!!!!! I did it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
